Tools of Game Theory in Economic Decision Making
Práce se zejména opírá o poznatky teorie statických a dynamických her a her s dokonalými a nedokonalými informacemi. Zkoumány jsou modely týkající se sdílení zdrojů, aukcí a managementu. Pro každý z popsaných modelů je prezentována konkrétní aplikace.
Modelling of Dynamic Games with Imperfect Information
Straka, Richard ; Smrčka, Aleš (referee) ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor)
This work concentrates on the study of dynamic games; in particular games with imperfect information, implementation of a model and experimentation with the model. The game DarkElf was chosen for this project. It is a strategic, turn based game with economic and military features, where the decisions made by players are simultaneously implemented at a predetermined time.
Electoral contests with dynamic campaign contributions
Mattozzi, Andrea ; Michelucci, Fabio
We study a two-period dynamic principal agent model in which two agents with different unobservable abilities compete in a contest for a single prize. A risk-neutral principal can affect the outcome of the contest by dividing a given budget between agents in each period and her net payoff depends on the relative share of the budget given to the winner of the contest. We analyze two settings that differ by the presence/absence of moral hazard. The results we derive are consistent with stylized facts regarding the dynamics of US campaign contributions.

Model of Strategic Decision-Making in a Multi-Player Game with Aspects of Cooperation
Straka, Richard ; Rogalewicz, Adam (referee) ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor)
This work concentrates on the study of mathematical models of human behaviour in dynamic games; in particular games with aspects of cooperation, implementation of a model and experimentation with the model. The game DarkElf was chosen for this project. It is a strategic, turn based game with economic and military features, where the decisions made by players are simultaneously implemented at a predetermined time.

A game-theoretic approach to economic situations analysis
Kulikova, Valentina ; Kulbakov, Nikolay (advisor) ; Abdullin, Denis (referee)
The objective of that Bachelor`s Thesis is learning of certain methods of Game Theory which are useful as daily problems of people as process's in business conditions. The object of that Bachelor`s Thesis is a problem with production of public goods and the subject of the paperwork is a theoretical foundation of sections of Game Theory - statistic games of complete or incomplete information dynamic games of complete or incomplete information. The Bachelor`s Thesis was divided into three parts: Theoretical part, Practical part 1 (setting problems) and Practical part 2 (modeling the problems).
